PRE-TAN PLAN…For The Best Results
Night before OR 6 HOURS BEFORE session-

>Shower and exfoliate using a good exfoliating soap or lotion. SALT OR SUGAR SCRUBS ARE THE BEST. How well you exfoliate your entire body will determine the success of the tan. SPEND MORE TIME THEN USUALLY IN THE SHOWER JUST TO EXFOLIATE.

>Shave where desired

>Do not apply any lotion on skin. NO MOISTURIERS UNTIL BRONZMIST SESSION

Day of session-

>No make-up

>No lotions on body. NO MOISTURIERS UNTIL BRONZMIST SESSION

>Wear loose clothing NO WORKING OUT, NO DANCING, NO SWEATING

>Wear older, dark colored swim suit. Wash suit and clothes that night.

>The solution should not stain but, don’t wear your favorite clothing the day of session.

AFTER CARE PLAN...to keep your tan THE LONGEST

>Wear loose clothing for 8 to 10 hours

>Do not shower or swim for 8 hours. NO WORKING OUT, NO DANCING, NO SWEATING

>The tan will be still developing up to 8 hours. Some solution will wash off, but the DHA will still be working

Post-tan shower:

You will see color washing off in the first time you shower. DO NOT be alarmed; this is just the surface color that was applied. Your skin will continue to tan as the self-tan reaction occurs on your skin.

What is Airbrush Tanning?

Airbrush tanning is the easiest way to apply the active ingredient DHA (found in most self tanning products). The fine mist from the airbrush ensures a perfectly even application to the skins surface and as there is no rubbing, it avoids streaking and patchiness.

What is DHA?

DHA is a colorless derivative of sugar cane that has been FDA approved for more than 30 years. DHA darkens the skin by interacting with the amino acids in the dead surface cells found in the outer-most layer of the skin causing it to darken naturally.

How long does it take to apply?

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to apply and 5 to 10 minutes to dry.

How long does it last?

One Application can last up to 7 - 10 days.

How often can I get a AIR BRUSH TAN?

As often as you like. The formula is completely safe and DHA is FDA approved for cosmetic use. Most people like to redo their tan once a week and it is completely safe to do so.

WILL I TURN ORANGE?

No! In the past, self-tanners gave many individuals an unnatural orange glow and caused streaking. Most of these undesirable results were caused by improper or ineffective application techniques. Also, how you exfoliate the night before makes all the difference. so, exfoliate well!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend a bathing suit that is dark in color. The bronzer we use for your initial color is water-soluble and should wash out of anything you wear.

CAN I SHOWER AFTER I TAN?

We recommend that you wait a minimum of 8-10 hours after tanning to give the DHA enough time to fully set. If you shower earlier, you may diminish the intensity of the tan. When you do shower the initial tan created by the water-soluble bronzer will wash off, but the DHA will remain and create your long term tan

CAN I BE ALLERGIC?

All of the components of the BRONZMIST tanning solution have been used in cosmetics and food products for decades and have proven to be safe for use on the skin.
